Saleh receives letter from Field Marshal Tantawi of Egypt

SANA'A- Feb 22, 2011, (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Tuesday a letter from Head of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces of Egypt Field Marshal Mohamed Tantawi.

The letter dealt with bilateral relations and joint cooperation areas between the two brotherly countries, in addition to the current developments in the region and in Egypt.

In his letter, Tantawi confirmed Egypt's keenness to enhance its strong relationship with Yemen, as well as consultation and coordination towards all issues of concern to both countries and the Arab nation.

The later was conveyed by Egyptian Ambassador to Yemen Ashraf Abdul Wahab.
