Indonesian citizens in Libya, Yemen, Bahrain urged to increase prudence

Sana'a- February 22, 2011, Indonesian citizens in Libya, Yemen and Bahrain are urged to increase their prudence and alertness following the recent political and security development in those countries, a press statement from the Indonesian Foreign Ministry said here on Tuesday.

"All Indonesians in Libya, Yemen and Bahrain are urged to increase their prudence and vigilance and to avoid mass crowd and areas with vulnerable security level," said the statement.

It also said that Indonesia has issued a travel advisory for citizens planning to visit the countries.

"For those who plan to visit Libya, Yemen and Bahrain in the short term, they are advised to reevaluate the plan until the situation is back to normal," it said.
