Yemeni Authorities Release Tareq Karman, Sources

Sana'a, June 18, 2011- Tawakul Karman, a leading Yemeni revolutionist, said that her brother Tareq was found in Al-Hodeida –Taiz road after of being missing for some days while he was coming back from Taiz province.

She didn't mention more details.

Yesterdays, Tawakul Karman said that security forces raided and looted her house in Yemen's capital, Sana'a, while she was not in the house at the time of the raid.

Most of the valuables were taken and many household items were destroyed.

Her organization, Journalists Without Chains, was also raided and everything inside was damaged, including the studio.

Karman blamed President Saleh's son Ahmed, and nephew Ammar for standing behind the raids and demanded the international community to help her seek justice.
