Saudi Arabia establishes $1 bln residential project in Taiz
TAIZ- Feb 24, 2011- Yemen and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia discussed on Thursday aspects of implementing a residential investment project for low income people near Taiz old airport and near al-Saleh Housing City at an area estimated at 25 km with a cost of $1 billion.
The discussion took place at a meeting that gathered Taiz governor Hamoud al-Sufi and Deputy Executive Director of Tamdeen Company for Real Estate Investments Awadh Omar Bin Aselah.
At the meeting, Aselah affirmed the work of implementation will begin upon obtaining lands directly, adding the project will be implemented in three phases.
