Unemployed Yemeni man dies of self-immolation
Aden- Feb 24, 2011- AN unemployed 27-year-old man who set himself on fire four days ago in southern Yemen, has died of his injuries in the port city of Aden, his relatives and medics told media outlets.
Abdullah Mohammed Qasem died yesterday after dunking himself in five litres of petrol and setting himself ablaze due to "difficult" living conditions, his family told AFP.
A medical official confirmed that Qasem, who was brought to hospital in Aden on February 20, died from his wounds.
