Forming a national unity government.
Preparations for the parliamentarian elections not to exceed a year.
Transferring the power peacefully during the first three months of 2012.

Providing guarantees for the protesters on the basis of implementation of the agreed points during the period of 40 days.
Ending protests and sit-ins within 40 days.
Sheikh Abulohom's initiative came after several meetings with young protestors, demanding the ouster of President Ali Abdullah Saleh's regime. '' I've noticed some satisfaction from the protesters, who I met them and I hope that the initiative is approved by all parties, including the president and the opposition'' Abulohom told media outlets.
Earlier this year, Sheikh Abulohom proposed an initiative to solve the crisis between the ruling party and the opposition parties but it was refused from the two sides.
